Position: Junior Designer
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist with everyday design tasks and projects.
– Work primarily on product and interior design projects.
– Create professional presentations using InDesign and Photoshop.
– Maintain and organize the prototype workshop.
– Help run and manage our design store.
Requirements:
– Proficiency in Rhino and Cinema4D.
– Ability to produce high level shop drawings.
– Minimum of two years of experience in design.
– Strong skills in InDesign and Photoshop.
– Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Industrial Heritage: Regeneration & Sustainability

Exhibition at the Benaki Museum, organised within the framework of the conference “Industrial heritage: rebirth and sustainability”. Kizis Architects is represented by the following works: Tsalapatas brick and tile Museum in Volos, Forest History Museum Menalon in Chrysovitsi, Arcadia and Redesign of the Piraeus Silo into Museum of Underwater Antiquities.
Yannis Kizis’ lecture in Athens
Yannis Kizis’ lecture entitled ‘Experiences and Designs’ will be held in the City of Athens Cultural Centre, as part of the Hellenic Institute of Architecture lecture series.
Kizis Architects in collaboration with Nikos Belavilas and Vasso Trova, were awarded the third prize in the International Architectural Competition for the Redesign of the SILO of Piraeus and its surrounding open space into the Museum for Underwater Antiquities.
Kizis Architects in collaboration with Gregory Patsalosavvis were awarded a special mention in the Competition for the Department of Biology Building of the University of Cyprus.
Our proposal was awarded the First Prize in the European Architectural Competition for the Development of the former GSP area in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Wish Awards 2010
